3.1 Tiger and Tim is a show for young children. This website is written for parents, carers and teachers.
3.2 We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. Any form on this website must be completed by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over.
3.3 If you believe a child has sent us personal data without the consent of a parent or guardian, please contact us and we will delete it.
4.1 Contact form: your name, email address and message, so that we can reply to you.
4.2 Postcards: the parent or guardian’s email address, the child’s first name, age and country, any message, and any picture you upload, so that Tiger can read the postcard and reply.
4.3 Appear On The Show: the parent or guardian’s name and email address, the child’s first name and age, and the photo or video you upload, so that we can consider it for the show. We will only show a child’s photo or video with the consent of a parent or guardian.
4.4 Cookies: this website uses cookies that are needed for it to work. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, and our pages show videos from YouTube. Google may set its own cookies when these load.
5.1 We rely on your consent, which you give when you tick the consent box and send a form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
5.2 For general enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in replying to messages you send us.
6.1 We do not sell personal data.
6.2 We use service providers to host this website and to deliver our email. They may only use your data to provide those services to us.
6.3 If a photo or video is chosen for the show, it may be published in our videos on YouTube and on our social media pages.
7.1 We keep messages, postcards and uploads for up to 12 months and then delete them, unless they have been used in the show with consent.
7.2 You may ask us to delete your data sooner.
8.1 You may ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us at the address above.
